Job Responsibilities:
- Create grounded storytelling based on data and customer research, as well as a strong, understanding of our value proposition and products.
- Explain data to understand the audience, develop marketing strategies to present data insights and findings in a meaningful, visual way to help guide product, sales and marketing decisions.
- Communicate and coordinate across online and offline channels to run impactful customer-centric Omni-Channel campaigns.
- Direct the evaluation of digital campaigns and channels, including ad performance tracking, conversion and usage behavior tracking.
- Maintain content creation and planning, including SEO, SEM, display, programmatic, social and affiliate.
- Analysis, recruit and build vendor and agency relationships (e.g. development vendor, digital agency and software solutions).
- Clear the business and industry opportunities to recommend and execute best practices based and commercially-viable digital solutions and ongoing enhancements.
- Head a test and learn culture that is part of our client’s DNA.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in digital and ideally with international exposure.
- Solid subject matter expertise in online and mobile channels.
- Familiarity with major web, application tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Google Analytics 360 and Tealium).
- Energetic team player, with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
- Effective business and working relationships with internal and external parties, and comfortable communicating ideas to all levels of stakeholders.
- A cross-functional influencer with the ability to build.
- The ability to balance risk-and-rewards to manage profitability and burn-rate for digital campaigns and projects.
