Job Responsibilities:

• Improve a digital marketing strategy with goals and benchmarks to meet.
• Lead campaigns on search, social media channels and affiliates.
• Recognize new avenues for running campaigns targeting out the target audience.
• Produce monthly reports on marketing campaigns performance.
• Follow and improving conversions.
• Design social media marketing strategies to create a brand name in social media and raise awareness.
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback data using various mediums.
• Estimate competitors digital marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them.
• Liaise with seniors about marketing goals and results.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in B2C digital marketing and advertising.
• Solid grasp of social media marketing, campaign management, website metrics and best practices.
• Effective experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, campaign management, lead generation and SEM.
• Proficient experience in a startup environment would be a distinct advantage.
