Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, e-mail, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain social media presence and brand building.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Handle collaboration with 3rd party entities such as bloggers, forums, PR news distribution portals for various off page campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- MBA or graduation in marketing, advertising or communications from premium schools.
- Digital Marketing certifications are a definite added advantage.
- Proficient working experience with (email marketing, automation and lead nurturing).
- Extensive knowledge of any or all of the digital analytics tools such as (Active Campaign, Hubspot and Marketo).
- Deep understanding of optimizing (landing pages, user funnels, A/B testing and multivariate experiments).
- Advanced experience of (Google Analytics, Omniture, Webmaster, Key Word tracker and SEO) tools.
- Expert knowledge of setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
