Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive digital marketing strategies, plans and tools to meet the business goal in the region.
• Search and develop new digital marketing tools and platforms, optimize company’s existing digital channels to make company’s leading position in the industry.
• Improve and implement digital marketing campaigns and projects cooperating with commercial team.
• Draft and monitor digital marketing budgets to achieve highest possible ROI.
• Cooperate with the agency to manage and produce online contents based on an understanding of the brand concept, product portfolio and marketing communication roadmap including (articles, videos, visual and other contents).
• Direct digital content workflow process to ensure proper and timely placement of materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or communication with solid knowledge of marketing principles.
• At least 3 years experience in digital marketing or digital media.
• Demonstrated working experience in the team leader.
• Effective understanding and experience in digital media, communication campaigns and integrated marketing programs.
• Proficient knowledge of digital standard and best practices.
• Strong project and time management skills in a matrix environment.
• Solid knowledge of developing compelling presentations and creating infographic presentation.
• Deep experience in supporting marketing campaigns and projects(SEO, SEM and etc.).
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
