About the Job:

• Regularly Maintains and monitors The Company Website content (products, categories, news, etc.).
• Support for driving the digital strategies, activities, website management, social media and digital analysis.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the social networks and company website.
• Managing online brand and product/service campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Responding to Messages, Reviews, Comments & request on the website.
• Execute Digital Plan on social channels like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Follow up with Online Orders process till delivery confirmation from the client.
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
• To manage the e-commerce accounts, ensuring the product presentation is maintained online.
• Evaluating customer research, market, conditions and competitor data.
• Follow up online campaigns.
• Response to clients online.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in retail fashion.
• Fashion background is a must.
• University degree in PR or Media.
• Creative thinker and the ability to generate ideas outside the box.
• Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• An analytical thinker (Able to understand numbers and data analysis).
• Excellent English language.
• Strong knowledge of MS applications and Excel.
• Reporting Skills.
• Accurate.
• Photoshop, illustrate, design programs.
• Problem solving skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Team player.
