Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and execute an integrated end-to-end digital campaign strategy that delivers the right mix of inbound and outbound tactics to increase pipeline and create new leads.
• Utilize analytics to better profile, target and re-target prospects, adapting campaigns to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversions rates.
• Promote and manage the digital and social strategy, and ensuring marketing objectives are strategically aligned across the buyer’s digital journey.
• Execute and execute paid /non-paid media campaigns aligned with organizations marketing strategy.
• Run conversions through digital campaigns. Lead digital plan development (re-targeting, paid media, re-marketing).
• Operate with digital and social media agency as required.
• Analysis and recommend best practices using analytics and on-going testing.
• Oversee ROI goals on all marketing initiatives and adapt accordingly.
• Develop engaging social media strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, PR, communication or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a marketing growth hacker, digital strategist, online engagement manager, digital marketer and performance marketer.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, especially with paid and non-paid media campaigns.
• Effective experience in successfully managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong command over the English language.
• Expert media knowledge coupled with an ability to derive meaningful insights through online media analysis.
• Sound articulation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great standards of excellence and attention to detail.
• Solid client servicing and communication skills.
