Job Responsibilities:
- Aid in defining the vision and the strategy for Yas Island and Experience Hub customer experience for all touch points and implements this vision for all digital platforms.
- Lead the website, B2C booking engine, mobile app, B2B portal development and enhancements.
- Point of contact for development agencies and newsletter development and deployment.
- Manage e-commerce projects such as the affiliates program, website tagging and others.
- Study to understand e-commerce trends, demographic targets, audience acquisition, search engine traffic, media buying optimizations, and reporting.
- Recognize potential partnerships and e-commerce collaboration opportunities.
- Design, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Determine trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in a digital marketing or relevant roles ideally within the leisure, hospitality and tourism industry.
- Effective experience in creating websites, mobile apps, newsletters and online forms.
- Proficient experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Expert knowledge of digital development project management tools (e.g. Trello, JIRA, Confluence.
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development and constraints.
- Solid time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
