Job Responsibilities:
- Aid develop content and optimize the use of each digital channel for campaign and brand building efforts.
- Produce functional expertise, best practices and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns along with planning and budgetary control.
- Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaign content.
- Cooperate with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties
- Lead the complete redesign of the company website.
- Design, develop and manage the content for organization’s web website (requires familiarity with content management software).
- Supervise the social media strategy for the company.
- Draft, build and maintain our social media presence and manage the online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Head the online company blogs.
- Estimate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Conceive and develop mobile apps, sales tools and other digital assets and review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Co-work with the user experience team on the management and evolution of digital branding elements that are incorporated across all of our digital properties.
- Participate to thought leadership for a digital communications strategy.
- Assure appropriate planning and resources are in place to accomplish goals.
- Ensure digital communication projects and programs are executed within strict conformance with risk, security and other applicable standards and support the development of new standards for evolving channels.
- Operate cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in content management systems.
- Familiarity with photo-editing software; Photoshop for example.
- Effective experience in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools and metrics.
- Proficient experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker and decision maker.
- Passionate about the digital world, driven and a fast learner.
- Able to develop great quality content.
