Job Responsibilities:
- Promote imaginative digital and social media strategies that integrate with PR to deliver influential campaigns.
- Improve strong relationships between clients and agency partners, providing support on strategy, ideation and execution.
- Produce social content, campaign strategy for key accounts and new business proposals and understanding the larger integrated communications strategies in place.
- Transfer ideas and solutions that enhance reach and effectiveness for websites, campaigns, or social media communities.
- Advance digital strategy tools and content, including editorial calendars, blog posts, Facebook posts and Tweets.
- Draft and produce client-facing proposals, presentations, strategic plans, landscape analysis reports, and other materials both independently and in collaboration with internal teams.
- Supervise, evaluate and present campaign results by leveraging online tools, including (Google Analytics).
- Aid in coordinating special events as necessary such as joint-promotion or KOL outreach.
- Oversee social media channels on a daily basis or as needed for analysis.
- Record creation for project and retainer clients.
- Associate in online conversations via posts for social media, forum or any other digital platform.
- Support PR teams in maintaining and developing blogger and influencer contacts across Greater China and Asia.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years agency experience preferred in a social media, digital or related discipline.
- Effective experience in digital or social media and integrated PR practice areas.
- Proficient experience in managing (Facebook, Instagram, Weibo and WeChat) is a must.
- Deep knowledge of digital such as search and website Analytics beneficial.
- Excited about social networking, creative thinker comfortable working in a team, but also able to work independently.
- Solid writing and planning skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong self-presentation, discipline, strong work ethic as well as accountability as a team player and member.
- Familiarity with managing accounts with a proactive approach and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- The candidate with less experience will consider a digital strategist.
- High ability to demonstrate success in achieving engagement through social media campaigns, content development, analysis and reporting.
- Able to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail.
- The ability for liaising with clients and developing key social media contacts such as bloggers in greater China and Asia.
