Duties / Responsibilities:
- Identify, solicit and establish distribution partners in the different markets of operation with Europe and Gulf regions as a priority
- Create and lead the marketing efforts to sell talent management software to corporate HR segment in the Gulf region.
- Create the Company direct sales channels, by hiring, training, and managing the right sales resources.
- Software suite involves employee performance management, learning management, career development, succession planning, compensation management, and other HR solutions.
- Lead all marketing programs, including any websites, marketing material, pricing, market positioning, target clients, etc.
- Create and lead the marketing efforts to sell professional, technology and SMB solutions and outsourcing services provided by our
- Software factory in the EMEA.
- Conduct in-depth presentations of our products and services.
- Generate leads by any available means including, but not limited to, cold calling, direct mail, seminars, etc.
- Provide appropriate account management activities including acting as a liaison between current clients and other departments within the company.
- Continually train on and research our products, related technology and industry trends.
- Answer client/prospect questions regarding functionality/features of our products.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years sales & marketing experience in the software & Technology industry required, 2 of which in a management role.
- College Education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven and consistent sales track record of selling complex enterprise software solutions and services “directly and through partners” in GCC (is a must).
- Excellent English and Arabic written, verbal, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prefer experience in selling SaaS.
- Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment where compensation is very attractive but highly linked to actual results.
- Entrepreneurial environment experience is a plus.
- Foreign passport is a plus.
