Job Responsibilities:

• Understood and implement marketplace catalog quality guidelines.
• Draft rich product description using basic product information shared by sellers.
• Promote product discoverability by selecting appropriate search keywords.
• Conduct quality check (QC) of the created content.
• Design product catalogs on the marketplace web Site.
• Support records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect the work done.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is essential.
• At least 1-year of experience in a results-oriented environment is essential.
• Effective experience in MS Excel is essential.
• Proficient experience in developing product catalog, website content and content development is desirable.
• Familiarity with SME retailers, e-commerce, retail, advertising and media is desirable.
• Solid intense customer focus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English is essential.
• Disciplined, with an ability to produce high-quality work facing the pressure of time constraints.
• Sound team player acts like an owner and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
• Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform ‘Root Cause Analysis’ and identify constraints to recommend a solution.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, use discretion and judgment to take decisions on critical business tasks based on available information.
