Job Responsibilities:

• Execute initiatives to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
• Constantly oversee the performance of departmental operations including finance, HR, administration, sales marketing, logistics and IT.
• Report regularly to directors on company performance and initiative progress.
• Operate closely with several departments including IT to ensure projects are completed swiftly and our web stores get updated frequently, logistics to reduce lead times, optimize inventory levels across all warehouses and reduce costs, sales and marketing to promote creativity, market research and drive sales.
• Support, develop and lead staff across all areas of the business.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably masters) in a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience at a management level in the buy move sell retail or technology sectors.
• Effective experience in IT, web, logistics or online sales will be highly regarded.
• Solid financial background.
• A natural and charismatic leader with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English.
• Able to travel internationally every 4-5 months.
