MegaFabrication is looking for an E-Marketing Executive Assistant. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.
Main Responsibilities:
- Track sales leads throughout the generation, qualifying, educating, and commitment process.
- Schedule telemarketing daily activity.
- Assist Marketing and Product Managers in developing and executing the E-Marketing daily/weekly schedule.
- Track time and costs of all sales/marketing activities using primarily Excel tools and reports.
Job Requirements:
- High level of administrative support and teamwork with inside sales and customer service teammates.
- Great attitude, strong work ethic and flexible team player.
- Great Communication Skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, and have good time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required (primarily Excel).
- Must be flexible and willing to work on other marketing projects.
- Must have good decision making skills, and good communication with internal and external customers.
- Must have the ability to work under limited supervision, and take ownership of tasks.
Valuable Experience / Education:
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Email Marketing software, basic WordPress, CRM.
- Experience in traditional digital sales/marketing methods.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Reports & Management, and light video editing a plus.
