Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for P&L and financial performance of multiples e-commerce stores.
- Draft and implement digital marketing strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Lead marketing channels and implement marketing campaigns to drive web traffic.
- Supervise product merchandising, customer service team to improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data analytics to enhance customer experience and drive conversion.
- Perform data analysis including traffic flows, customer journey, product performance, ROI.
- Control and supervise daily operations of the teams to maximize efficiency.
- Produce regular reporting to ensure that KPIs and objectives are achieved.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in business, information technology or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in online business preferably in the retail industry.
- Effective experience in lifestyle and sports brands e-commerce is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated understanding of managing regional digital budget and resources.
- Exposure to South Asian markets is an advantage.
- Proficient experience in driving e-commerce strategies for international brands.
- Familiarity with Magento, Marketing Cloud or Emarsys is an advantage.
- Solid project management skills and understanding of project life-cycle is a plus.
- Proven track record in google analytics and spreadsheet skills.
- Sound entrepreneurial attitude with strong ownership and accountability skills.
- Strong communication skill in English and Chinese both written and spoken is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
