About the Job:

• Responsible for strategic planning, communicating with different functions to ensure the validity and efficiency of internal and external processes.
• Responsible for maximize the corporate performance and efficiency of administrative and financial results through effective planning, coordinating, and control of the operations of all departments aligned with policies and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in Strategic planning by creating annual business plan.
• Establish, update, Interpret and explain policies, regulations, goals, goals, or procedures in conjunction with chairman, or heads of departments.
• Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties and responsibilities and coordinate functions among departments and sites.
• Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
• Establish and maintain company visualization dashboard to attain successful Performance Management.
• Conduct a communication plan with all staff members and heads.
• Direct human resources activities, including the approval of human resource plans or activities, the selection of heads, or new hires, training, and evaluation.
• Prepare monthly budgets for approval, for funding of activities.
• Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the operation, pricing, sales, or purchasing of materials.
• Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed materials within budgetary limits.
• Direct or coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.
• Monitor implementation of systems, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Implement corrective action plans to solve organizational or departmental problems.
• Review reports submitted by heads to recommend approval or to suggest changes.
• Negotiate or approve contracts or agreements with suppliers, agencies, or other organizational entities.
• Prepare and present weekly reports to the chairman that concerning activities, expenses, budgets, government statutes, or other items affecting businesses.
• Recommend locations for new facilities or oversee the remodeling or renovating of current facilities.
• Maintain a healthy work environment and ensure sound policies and procedures are in place and enforced.
• Represent organizations or promote their objectives at official functions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in same position, Preferably in the field of Construction.
• BSc. of Business Administration or any related field from an accredited University
• MBA is a plus.
• Excellent ability to communicate and write in the English and Arabic languages on a professional level.
• Strong leadership skills & ability to communicate with people of different backgrounds.
• Strong Computer skills and ability to use software applications including Office Applications and other presentation tools.
• Strong strategic planning & Critical thinking skills
• Solve Problems skills: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible
• solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
• Making Decisions skills : Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
• Dynamic and energetic manager, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Creativity/Innovation: Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
