Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with a wide range of media including photography and computer-aided design tools such as Adobe Creative Suites and other pertinent software to create and execute creative campaigns both online and prints.
• Collaborate with the owner to build creative content and develop strategies to create passion and grow the community both online and offline.
• Design compelling visuals, writing content and getting to know the communities on each platform and being the face of the community.
• Stay the management team up to date on the best voice, platforms and tools on social media.
• Supervise discussions, resource postings and trends within the community.
• Organize and reports trends in usage and advises on potential opportunities.
• Communicate with community members and identify Community Ambassadors.
• Lead and empower Community Ambassadors to participate in a more significant engagement level.
• Manage and measures the success of community engagement (i.e. a number of users, number of discussions, etc.).
• Determine, analyze and report on community trends to the internal team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience.
• Effective experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign and Dreamweaver, etc.).
• Proficient understanding of trends in social media, web and mobile technologies.
• Deep working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with a CMS or eCommerce Platform such as Volusion, Magento and Etc.
• Demonstrated experience in designing customer.
• Solid skills in taking product photographs as well as video editing.
• Strong visual and verbal communication, written and analytical skill.
• Excellent time management skills thrive on multi-tasking (but still have a focus for each task).
• High ability to work under pressure.
