Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently utilize Genesys branding guidelines across all designs.
• Manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Design a conceptual design that communicates complex ideas effectively.
• Carry design projects from concept through completion.
• Perform creative consultations with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and how they can elevate the Genesys brand.
• Assure design files and image libraries are organized consistently.
• Show the ability to think creatively.
• Adhere to policies and conduct set forth by Genesys.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Graphic Design or Fine Arts preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of creative design experience, including proven experience relevant to functional assignments.
• Proven track record in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Office.
• Effective experience working in the in-house design environment.
• Expert knowledge and interest in design.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, able to think creatively to solve problems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
• Ability to consult effectively with non-designers on projects.
