Job Responsibilities:

• Process and ensure timely delivery as per agreed SLAs.
• Deal with respect to DTP, design and other creative requirements.
• Manage tight schedules, client interaction, and quality assurance.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and communicate feedback and solutions.
• Assure resolution of client queries and complaints within the specified time frame.
• Produce timely reports on a daily, weekly and monthly for review.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in handling projects related to graphic design, DTP, and Artwork.
• Solid skills required in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Expert knowledge and understanding about Adobe InDesign and Corel Draw.
• Deep audio and video editing knowledge preferable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
