Job Responsibilities:
- Promote Spotify’s’ design language and create new Design standards and principles.
- Support the marketing team to produce localized content.
- Cooperate with the marketing department, you’ll solve problems and come up with world-class solutions.
- Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
- Perform all visual design stages from concept to execution.
- Imagine original email design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
- Design mobile responsive emails, storyboards, presentation designs, dynamic and display adverts.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Build and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate with strong academic credentials.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, at least 1 year of working for a large company on mobile web design.
- Demonstarted understanding of photography.
- Expert knowledge of how design scales and works over different views and platforms.
- Effective work experience as a graphic designer in a digital world.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient experience in creating mobile responsive emails, storyboards, presentation designs, dynamic and display adverts.
- Proven track record in Photoshop, Illustrator and litmus.
- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Proven experience in multi-variant testing and platforms such as Omniture, Sitecore and Responsys will be an advantage.
- Outstanding visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Solid project management/planning skills.
- Sound interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills.
- Strong in cognitive thought and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical and commercially savvy with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Ability to collaborate closely with marketing and digital functions.
