Job Responsibilities:

• Explain business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue.
• Accountable for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth.
• Cooperate with marketing, product, sales and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth
• Manage user and revenue growth.
• Provide creative new approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition.
• Create and monitor comprehensive matrix to track progress on user acquisition, retention, referral etc.
• Support a healthy CTR/CPM across platforms.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Effective working experience in a Startup is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of DM and PM, including strategy and project mgmt.
• Expert knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords.
• Proficient experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, social and viral mechanics.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in teams.
• Solid mindset and be keen to work with data and spot patterns to leverage in digital marketing strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability for handling limited budget but should be driving growth.
