Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, experiment and iterate growth hacks.
• Utilize Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Yahoo Answers, Slideshare, Youtube, Pinterest and other social platforms to drive traffic.
• Cooperate with marketing, product, sales and customer experience teams to identify key areas for growth.
• Manage online marketing campaigns and maintain an online presence.
• Provide creative new approaches to capture existing demand and accelerate customer acquisition.
• Determine and relentlessly test these initiatives within the product and across multiple channels from social to SEO to paid media.
• Test, optimize and report growth efforts and success to the team.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in digital marketing.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing (Mobile Apps product experience is a must).
• Expert understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, social and viral mechanics.
• Familiarity with GA and web marketing technologies such as (Localytics, Optimizely, AppsFlyer, AppVirality, KissMetrics and ClickTale).
• Team-focused and highly collaborative but comfortable in driving direction on your own or with little direction.
