Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, develop and execute marketing programs such as direct mailings, social media campaigns, client seminars, online webinars and publicity events.
• Plan and coordinate materials for developers trade shows and promotional activities targeting real estate funds, private equity companies, investors, home builders.
• Build sales collateral, oversee their department’s budget, administer their company’s client database and manage junior-level marketing personnel.
• Examine and report market information in terms of new players, services, and prices.
• Improve and understanding of clients’ requirements in order to improve the value proposition.
• Investigate and report on future business potential and opportunities.
• Provide and implement an action plan for all revenue generating initiatives.
• Support for client satisfaction through resolving their questions, complaints, and requests via the telephone, email or through arranged visits.
• Direct and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.
• Control market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Review of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
• Promote and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Maintain the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
• Supervise, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of marketing and managing real estate or developers business.
• Effective experience with relevant software applications.
• Solid technical marketing skills and proven experience in customer and market research.
• Proven product and industry knowledge.
• Strong communication skills both Written and Spoken.
