Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for achieving OLX Egypt’s growth objectives either on the horizontal level (across all categories) or on the vertical level (within categories).
• Discover and manage ways to acquire new users and retain existing ones such ways include (but are not limited to) various marketing channels and customer relationship management tools.
• Maintain performance marketing digital marketing, TV advertising, SMS and any other campaigns in collaboration with other teams within a certain marketing budget.
• Direct the customer relationship management tools to keep users engaged and increase their retention.
• Assumed to be data-driven in all decision making.
• Determine new enhancements that can be added to the product (OLX app, website… etc) or modifying existing features to meet customer needs and/or enhance performance based on analysis and market findings.
• Produce dashboards to present data in a visual way for management.
• Build presentations that summarize findings based on the analyses done.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience including experience in (marketing, digital Marketing, product management, brand management or management consulting).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and very comfortable working with numbers.
• Effective knowledge of leading without authority and persuading colleagues to execute tasks.
• Proficient working experience in using (MS Office).
• Ability to work in a multi-national environment where heavy interaction is needed on a daily basis with other teams around the world.
