Inbound Marketing Manager

Alnafitha International for Information Technology is looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager in Cairo, Egypt. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understood and contributes to the overall marketing strategy while responsible for leading the digital strategy and execution.
  • Understand key business challenges and leverage digital to overcome these challenges.
  • Keep current on the latest digital technologies and trends and identify new opportunities for Alnafitha.
  • Research and coordinate digital recommendations with the help of the vendor teams and/or internal team members.
  • Create and manage Alnafitha’s SEO, SEM, platforms. Implement strategies to drive conversions.
  • Design and manage Alnafitha E-commerce platform.
  • Realize website conversion rates and analytics to recommend, implement and manage web strategy.
  • Cooperate with product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Develop our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s in-tune with their needs.
  • Accountable for the inbound marketing system (Hubspot) and partner with Sales Enablement for ongoing integration with our customer relationship management (CRM) software (Microsoft 365 Online CRM ).
  • Build logical workflows in order to nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Responsible for reaching key business metrics targets including leads, MQLs, SQLs, Sales Ready & Nurturing and Opportunities
  • Study and strategize implementation of new or updated digital recommendations based on the changing digital space, implement recommendations with the help of the vendor teams and/or internal team members to accomplish set goals.
  • Enable our digital social media presence by implementing the best practices for the B2B model.
  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every day.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, online marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience with the B2B organization in marketing, digital media, or similar discipline.
  • Expert knowledge in IT business is an added value.
  • Proficient experience developing a content marketing strategy including podcasts, webcasts, video, mobile and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Slideshare, etc)experience with social media monitoring tools (Radian 6, Visible Technologies, etc.).
  • Sound digital marketing skills: digital advertising (including paid search), mobile, lead generation, e-commerce, SEO , PPC Ad management.
  • Deep knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Advanced familiarity with marketing automation software such as (Hubspot, Marketo, others), CMS, CRM, PPC, Email Marketing, Landing Page Design, Workflows, Segmentation, HTML/CSS.
  • Solid time management skills are not optional.
  • Effective leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding acumen in web content writing optimized for relevant keywords.
  • Self-motivated and committed to timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a collaborative, team environment.
