Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and build applications for the iOS platform.
• Assure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Cooperate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Recognize and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Operate alongside an excellent cross-functional team to build delightful products and experiences for millions.
• Shape the direction of future mobile products at Muvi.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in native iOS development.
• Familiarity with Swift and Cocoa Touch.
• Effective experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Proficient experience with MAC OS.
• Expert knowledge of offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Deep knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
• Demonstarted understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.
• Proven track record in performance and memory tuning with tools (such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs).
• Solid understanding of code versioning tools (preferred Git, SVN, AWS Codecommit).
• Candidates local to Bhubaneswar are preferred.
