Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement new features and functionality.
• Build and guide the website’s architecture.
• Assure high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Aid formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
• Imagine original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Provide and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Organize and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Draft templates for landing pages, blog and marketing emails.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a web developer managing multiple sites.
• Proven track record as a web developer.
• Effective experience in WordPress is a must and HubSpot is a plus.
• Solid graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps.
• Deep knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Outstanding knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML and Webhooks).
• Expert understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Strong knowledge of working with (Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel and etc.) will be plus.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile and Scrum development process.
• Sound visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
