Professional Services Consultant

Albert is looking for a Professional Services Consultant in Tel Aviv, Israel. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate with customers to understand and document business needs, challenges, goals, and strategies.
  • Proactively estimate, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead customer implementations, including technical integrations and account configuration.
  • Produce virtual and onsite training sessions and develop materials for an educational knowledge center.
  • Provide consultative and hands-on support to optimize Albert based on unique customer requirements.
  • Aid with set-up and maintenance of client dashboards, campaign settings, and creative materials.
  • Cooperate with account managers to translate strategic decisions into Albert solutions.
  • Provide responsive and knowledgeable technical support and assist with Help Desk ticketing process.
  • Work with data research and product departments to identify client needs and solve problems.

Job Requirements:

  • Solid client enablement skills including implementations, training and ongoing support.
  • Ability to convey expertise in the digital marketing landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to learn and master existing and new technologies quickly.
