About the Job:

The ideal candidate will manage, analyze, and optimize a marketplace SEO / SEM campaigns to drive new customers and providers reach, acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and continuously monitor KPIs including, conversion rates, promotion performance, open rates, CTR, and more.

The Role:

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI especially for paid search.
• Plan and execute all SEO/ SEM programs and campaigns.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, and other factors to improve SEO positions.
• Drive reporting and analysis of performance to continually identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business .performance
• Enhance our bidding and media buying methodologies.
• Establish processes that incorporate SEO best-practices into site architecture, content management and product marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, and KissMetrics.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good experience with bid management tools such as Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite, and in-house tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• More than 3 years experience managing SEO and SEM.
