Job Technical Mandatory Requirements:

• Work closely with the Analysis team to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
• The position requires constant communication with colleagues.
• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Extensive knowledge of PHP Frameworks ex: Codeigniter, Laravel.
• Solid expertise on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s.
• A deep understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, web application development and Object Oriented Programming.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines.
• Self – starter in learning and implementing new web development & design technologies.
• Communicate to the Higher Management with efficiency and accuracy of any progress and / or delays.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
• Self – directed individual who thrives in a continually changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
• Good experience in PHP, MySQL, jQuery, OOP, MVC, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Smarty , and web mobile
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
