Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of junior and mid seniors’ designers to ensure all work produced meets clients brief and monthly calendar.
• Mentor all team members to ensure progression and improvement.
• Build a strong knowledge of the team capabilities, talents and tools.
• Participate in the creative team career growth plan and strategy along with the HR manager.
• Guarantee that the finished work delivers the intended messages based on their knowledge of the clients and its customers.
• Collaborate closely with the art director, operation and account management team to produce inventive, thoughtful and onboard work for the agency’s clients and to manage creative deliverables.
• Bring multiple conceptual and design solutions for all assignments.
• Maintain a high quality of work at all times.
• Report to the manager on a timely basis.

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of working experience as a graphic designer.
• Extensive understanding of using (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Effective experience with design principles such as (color theory, typography and visual hierarchy).
• Expert knowledge of the printing and production processes with a keen desire to test physical prototypes.
• Deep working skills in using MS (PowerPoint and Word).
• Strong team management and mentoring skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
