Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the design vision from concept development to user-focused ready for development templates.
• Present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Provide innovative design solutions for existing/new clients.
• Produce interactive visuals and wireframes to illustrate, communicate and test concepts and ideas.
• Develop usable and rational user experience solutions to meet the clients’ requirements and their budgets.
• Stay fully aware of new online trends, technologies and advances in digital industry and identify opportunities to apply these.
• Collaborate with clients’ CI guidelines to produce innovative designs while producing comprehensive and accurate estimates for work.
• Lead the development of the online look and feel across all the digital mediums.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the proposed layouts according to customers’ needs and objectives.
• Cooperate with communication managers and BC management to develop and implement proactively assesses, clarifies and validate clients’ needs on an ongoing basis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role.
• Expert working skills in digital design for web, email, mobile, online banners and social media in a commercial environment.
• Extensive experience with HTML5 and CSS3 feature.
• Effective knowledge of designing responsive websites.
• Deep understanding of “SKETCH” software for UI/UX design.
• Advanced experience in using Adobe creative suite tools.
• Strong knowledge of after effects and video editing technologies.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English.
• Creative troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently or as a team player.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
