Job Responsibilities:
- Draft the overall look and feel of interactive user interfaces across multiple products and platforms.
- Simplify and unifies complex information into intuitive interactions, flows, charts, graphs, and other forms of visual representation.
- Design prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers.
- Contribute to the creation of a pattern library, to maintain consistency in behaviors across multiple products.
- Produce new ideas to advance user-friendliness, efficiency, and design.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, architecture or similar required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interaction design, information architecture, or user interface design for desktop and mobile web-based applications.
- Effective experience designing complex desktop and mobile web-based applications – including wireframes, site maps, and process flows.
- Solid skill with design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Axure.
- Proficient experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
- Proven financial services experience a plus.
- An online portfolio or samples that can be submitted with your resume is required.
- Eagerness to grow existing knowledge in the Interaction Design field.
- Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills demonstrating sensitivity and persuasiveness.
- Solutions-oriented attitude toward any risks and challenges.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-accountability for meeting a high standard of excellence.
