Job Responsibilities:

• Recognize the gaps in user experience and help design the best solutions for our customers.
• Promote the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Cooperate with product management, engineering, brand and other departments to reach the best solutions.
• Strike the right balance between holistic experience design and detail-oriented execution and evangelize this approach.
• Utilize your user-centered design skills to collaborate with a customer-centric organization.
• Collaborate to innovative, on-brand solutions that exceed customer expectations and meet business requirements and goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of user experience, usability roles in digital product companies.
• Demonstarted understanding of the UX methods/tools available and knowing which one is right for the job at hand.
• A sound grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Passionate about the user and advocating that inside the company.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and present ideas all the way upto C-level.
• Able to identify the highest value business problems, developing UX roadmaps around these and executing to the roadmap.
• Ability to working within cross-functional teams – product designers, product managers, growth markets, data and engineers – to produce one of a kind experiences.
