Job Responsibilities:

• Advocate appropriate strategies for research, test and design to continually improve our work.
• Lead and mentor user researchers and designers to ensure quality and ongoing improvement.
• Run the UX process and its implementation.
• Produce new and useful user insights and translating them into features and actions that will allow the design team to create the best possible product for our clients’ users.
• Perform requirements gathering and early stage concepting and prototyping.
• Manage the usability testing process from developing user recruitment briefs through to test, analysis and report writing.
• Develop user-centered design principles and best practice within the organization.
• Apply knowledge in human factors, ethnography, and the user-centered design process to product and service design across a range of client projects.
• Day-to-day head responsibility for junior members of the UX team.
• Plan, design and conduct usability testing sessions to support the design and development of our digital services.
• Provide findings and related design/business recommendations and customer insights to senior decision makers.
• Cooperate with designers and developers to turn project documentation into public-facing code.

Job Requirements:

• Effective eperience in user experience design.
• Proficient experience in Wireframing, sketching and prototyping.
• Proven track record in design specifications.
• Expert knowledge of accessible design and testing.
• Deep knowledge of UX & UI methodologies.
• Demonstarted broad understanding of web languages – HTML5, CSS, JS.
• Strong skills in leading with quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
