Job Responsibilities:

• Create content that engages and inspires.
• Transform images into personifying these accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Understood elements of a social media post (the shareable, engaging and emotionally resonant video for social media platforms).
• Design content for social media.
• Responsible for Milaap’s content strategy.
• Draft powerful titles and description for posts on all social networks.
• Develop OG content on web pages including image upload.
• Support an organized inventory of graphics for future use as needed.
• Perform projects with excellence adhering to deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1- year experience working in a creative team at a social media agency.
• Deep understanding of how to engage the audience on social media with relevant and insightful content.
• Familiarity with industry-leading software and technologies (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator and etc.)
• Proven track record in all aspects of design.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual, visual ability and originality.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently while maintaining a high attention to detail.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
• Solid language and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the marketing team to understand requirements.
• Ability to create content for an online audience.
