About the Job:
- Keep the brand image and increase the loyalty with our customers.
- Review user content and escalate or flag as necessary.
- Full responsibility for your accounts and how information is handled and gathered.
- Creating reports to keep a track of customer feedback.
- Take the lead on the comments being made on the website as they come in and produce material for social media comments as required.
- Taking part in daily/weekly meetings to ensure all departments have the latest communications
- Understanding and promoting our brands to our customers ensuring our standards are consistently met, with a good understanding of our competitors.
Job Requirements:
- Ability and desire to work weekends and holidays.
- Extensive knowledge with Social Media channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong moral character and a team player.
- Being able to make a good judgement on individual cases and escalating more serious concerns to members of the senior management team.
- Internet savvy, with a basic proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Previous experience in customer support, community management, and online moderation.
- Solid communication skills – written and oral.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills as a lot of work is done via email or online.
- Good awareness of social media and all aspects of the digital age.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and other social media.
