About the Job:

  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Support in phone calls.
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update website.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good command of both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent Computer Skills & Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
