Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep quality service level doesn’t exceed an hour in handling replies either for core social media platform or for customers platforms.
- Handle comments, messages and reviews on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and another social network.
- Handle comments and messages with excellent customer service skills and communication skills both orally and written.
- Protect the brand image and increase the brand loyalty with our customers.
- Make a good judgment on individual cases and escalating more serious concerns to members of the senior management team.
- Being aware of the latest trends within the public domain.
- Take the lead on the comments being made on the website.
- Understanding and promoting Core brands to its customers ensuring standards are consistently met, with a good understanding of its competitors.
- Full responsibility for your accounts and how information is handled and gathered.
- Measuring and creating reports to keep a track of customer feedback.
- Keeping on top of the latest the trends within the public domain.
- Taking part in daily/weekly meetings to ensure all departments have the latest communications.
- Will align with Content Creation Team and Lead Generation Team and ensure full coordination and follow-up.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, social media management or business communications.
- Undergraduate and graduate degrees are offered in social media management with a few years of job experience.
- Strong analytically skills to be able to interpret social media and other online data to react to issues and other concerns.
- Excellent skills to be team players, but able to independently when needed.
- Passion for social media and internet marketing industries.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
