Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a social media recruitment strategy through research and benchmarking.
• Improve strategic sourcing plans to attract new talent for prospective openings.
• Set open positions on various targeted sites.
• Oversee emerging social media opportunities, new developments in recruitment, and job board presence to ensure the Firm’s active engagement in the market.
• Use social media efforts, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to actively source and establish communication with candidates and help drive traffic to our career site.
• Design a dynamic database of candidates at all levels through continuous research and networking on social media channels.
• Share requisitions or content on various social media sites to build meaningful connections and increase job seeker engagement.
• Cooperate with the entire TA Team and Hiring managers to maximize the use of social media hiring.
• Aid in managing job board content, creating, posting, editing, and refreshing job postings on social media.
• Associate at the end to end recruitment cycle.
• Execute all other tasks and special projects as requested.
• Analysis of new applicants through the applicant-tracking system.
• Supervise ‘reviews’ on popular job boards and grow our social networking footprints.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1- year experience in a professional recruitment role.
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Great level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• A self-starter and have the ability to work independently at times.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
