Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement social media optimization and social media campaigns across multiple platforms to generate traffic and increase brand value for clients.
• Use analytic tools and reporting tools for geographic and qualitative tracking of incoming traffic.
• Create groups and manage communities across social media platforms.
• Respond to client queries and requests on social media platforms.
• Monitor accounts for discussions and decreases response time.
• Actively monitor and implement online brand reputation management.
• Function as the subject matter expert on the client’s brand and their social media presence.
• Network in niches and industries related to the client’s brand and build strong relationships with the audience.
• Stay abreast of all social media trends and all developments related to the accounts being handled.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, creative writing or communications.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in social media marketing role.
• Deep understanding of content creation and social media distribution channels.
• Effective working knowledge of social media platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
• Expert working experience of using (Google Analytics, Webmaster and Keyword Planner).
• Proficient experience in using various reporting and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid working skills of using MS Office.
• Strong planning, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
