Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement social media optimization and social media campaigns across multiple platforms to generate traffic and increase brand value for clients.
- Use analytic tools and reporting tools for geographic and qualitative tracking of incoming traffic.
- Create groups and manage communities across social media platforms.
- Respond to client queries and requests on social media platforms.
- Monitor accounts for discussions and decreases response time.
- Actively monitor and implement online brand reputation management.
- Function as the subject matter expert on the client’s brand and their social media presence.
- Network in niches and industries related to the client’s brand and build strong relationships with the audience.
- Stay abreast of all social media trends and all developments related to the accounts being handled.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, creative writing or communications.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in social media marketing role.
- Deep understanding of content creation and social media distribution channels.
- Effective working knowledge of social media platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
- Expert working experience of using (Google Analytics, Webmaster and Keyword Planner).
- Proficient experience in using various reporting and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid working skills of using MS Office.
- Strong planning, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
