Job Responsibilities:

• Build social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Create, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Set up and optimize client’s pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
• Create social media calendars and schedules.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in the same role.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of social media, copywriting and visual intelligence.
• Advanced understanding of dealing with social media platforms such as (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and Instagram).
• Deep knowledge of using analytics and reporting tools such as (Hootsuite, Buffer or any other similar tools).
• Effective experience of generating a highly engaging content that increases traffic and engagement.
• Excellent understanding of using (MS Office).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
