Job Responsibilities:
- Study, monitoring and reporting current social media trends and adapting it to the social media channels.
- Coordinate, create, and publish social content, for all the communication channels.
- Design social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive followers to take action.
- Create and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company’s social content.
- Actively lead Al-Watania’s existing social communities.
- Follow, analyze and report on weekly and monthly performance across channels.
- Execute other duties, as assigned.
- Oversee social conversations on all social channels and engage with consumers.
- Assure that all brand standards and appropriate messaging are maintained across all platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or similarly related field.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in social media, communications or content marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and organized.
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills to collect, organize and track data.
