About the Job:

• Manage all social media advertising efforts.
• Curate and publish web content, establishing and following a content calendar.
• Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends, growth, and enhancements.
• Manage and build the online communities through various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others), with a goal of driving brand awareness, engaging users, and meeting campaign goals.
• Managing expectations appropriately.
• Weekly team meetings, reporting on results of campaigns and online marketing efforts
• Working within individual digital campaign budgets, managing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI), such as engagement, conversions, and reach.
• Develop and maintain content for the website, including blogging, and social media channels.
• Daily measuring and monitoring performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with social media advertising, specifically Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn advertising.
• Have experience in Real-estate field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience coordinating and managing projects.
• Familiar with editing and illustrating programs is a plus.
• Strong relationship building skills, demonstrated consultative approach and influencing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, including proven influencing, communicating, and teamwork is required.
• Highly self-motivated, willingness to take risks and detail-oriented.
• Ability to master complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization and to work collaboratively.
