Job Description:

• You will manage all social channels like company website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Linked in or other social media and sites in order to maximize ROI.
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience.
• You will also be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on Google.
• Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
• Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
• Generating and sharing content daily that builds meaningful connections
• The goal is to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Skills:

• Preferably with Real Estate background
• Generate, design, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, or videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages the audience to take action.
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• We need someone who loves and is very strong in social media to attract/engage more people and wide audience reach
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• The individual must result oriented, focused and have knowledge of current SEO trends, techniques and tools.
