Job Responsibilities:

• Create tools for deployment and testing for our own team.
• Develop our development workflow and infrastructure.
• Suggest solutions that best align with our product and business goals, as well as the secure storage and replication of our data.
• Maintain infrastructure on AWS.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a development or DevOps role.
• Effective experience with version control, shell scripting, the Unix filesystem, and automating deployments.
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud-based deployments on Amazon Web Services
• Proven track record in Java; alternatively, C/C++, C#, Python, or Go and a willingness to learn Java
• Expert knowledge of SQL; Oracle or Postgres preferred
• Demonstarted understanding of the tradeoffs between technical, analytical and product needs and a preference for solutions that take all of these needs into account.
• Be passionate and enthusiastic about what you do.
• Be sensitive to security and privacy concerns and familiar with GDPR & PCI requirements.
• Passion about quality, performance and reliability of systems.
• Be thoughtful, clear, and persuasive in writing and in person.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems.
