• 1-2 years’ experience in related positions (tele-sales).
• Good in the English Language, presentable, attention to details, excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MS. office applications (mainly MS. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint).
• Active listening.
• A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
