Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Perform all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Imagine original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Provide and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Manage user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Create and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, or related.
• Effective working experience in UI.
• Solid UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site-maps.
• Proven track record in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Deep working knowledge of rapid prototyping.
• Sound visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile and Scrum development process.
• Interested in following with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.
• Ability to present designs and selling solutions to various stakeholders.
• High ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
