Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with product stakeholders (Product manager and developers)  to understand requirements and deliver the best UX/UI experience.
• Associate in the full software development life cycle (analysis, design, app launch).
• Translate UX specifications and requirements into effective design.
• Design wireframes, page flows, mockup / interactive prototypes across mobile and desktop to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Tackle some of our most challenging and high-impact UX problems facing our mobile app.
• Cooperate with the team members, to define, develop, and execute on the overall vision for a female UGC APP/websites.
• Facilitate and participate in brainstorming and creation of user experience concepts.
• Solve any implementation issues that affect design and software performance.
• Promote any ad hoc assignments from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Web Design / Graphic / Multimedia design or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in web/multimedia or mobile app design.
• Effective experience in designing usable web-based interfaces and mobile applications.
• Deep knowledge of relevant technologies and tools (e.g., HTML/CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficient experience in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Independent, self-disciplined, responsible, good problem-solving skill and a good team player.
• Willing to learn and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-Driven, Passionate, Can-do attitude, self-learning spirit.
• Ability to think of simple solutions, even for complex problems.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
