Job Responsibilities:

• Operate closely and collaborate with product and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Cooperate with multiple stakeholders and customers ensuring faster response times.
• Perform all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Provide and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Manage user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Build and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or related areas is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of UX design experience.
• Effective experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Proven track record in Axure, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Demonstrated understanding of Agile ways of working and the process.
• Strong communications and presentation skills.
• Solid UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
