Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with the organization including product, sales and marketing, customer service, Risk, delivery leads and engineering.
• Associate in an end-to-end development cycle going from discovery to delivery.
• Utilize your qualitative research skills to draw out user problems, needs and pain points through face-to-face interviews.
• Design user-centered design experiences across digital channels.
• Create a better understanding of Tyro’s customers through contextual interviews and user testing sessions.
• Track industry design trends and best practice.
• Subscribe to evolving design practice.
• Contribute to developing the cross-channel design system and principles.
• Use design systems and principles to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Lead the engineering teams in user-centered design practices.
• Actively seek feedback and evaluation from stakeholders to improve the design practice and the team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in user experience design for responsive web and mobile Apps, working in cross-functional teams, following Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Effective experience in prototyping using hand-drawn sketches, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and related software.
• Proficient experience in information architecture, user flows, interface, interaction and visual design.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Adobe CS Illustrator, Sketch or similar.
• Facilitation skills and ability to lead design related activities.
• Proven track record in running user interviews and conducting usability testing with customers.
• Strong experience in Agile Design and Agile Methodologies.
• Expert knowledge of user interface design patterns and standards for web and Apps – IOS Design and Google Material design.
• Sound portfolio demonstrating work from user-centered concepts to finished high-quality solutions across App and web.
